Dr. Idrisa Abdul-Hamid is the President and CEO of Phoenix Rise Global Group, LLC and has twenty-eight years of experience in leadership development, human resource management, and employee engagement strategies. Dr. Hamid's company Phoenix Rise Global Group, LLC (PRGG) provides exemplary leadership consulting to help leaders transform into effective leaders and also specializes in helping large organizations and small businesses with foundational knowledge in the areas of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).
Dr. Hamid has vast expertise and experience as the Senior Director of Operations, People, and Culture for Temple University's Hope Center and Regional Operations for ESS managing 27 school districts in North Jersey focused on human capital accountability solutions and district operations in recruiting, selection, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and finance. Dr. Hamid's prior work experience includes four years of healthcare management for Aetna, Inc, and thirteen years of financial investments and insurance at MetLife and Citizens Bank. Additionally, Dr. Hamid brings eleven years of experience in teaching adult learning principles in leadership coaching, organizational development, management development, and employee engagement strategies in both secondary and tertiary education. Dr. Hamid's research interest and focuses are on effective leadership, human resource management, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
Dr. Hamid is best known for her community work and attentiveness in helping people in need. She is a patient companion for two hospice organizations and a policy member for two mental health organizations advocating for basic human needs in care, protection, policy and changing public perception.
Dr. Hamid received her Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership from Walden University, Master's of Science in Global and International Education from Drexel University, and bachelor's in business administration in Marketing from Temple University. Notably, Dr. Hamid is a civic and business graduate of The Center for Houston's Future Think Tank, a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Honor's Inductee of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Dr. Hamid dedicates her time and efforts in professional associations and volunteer commissions for African American Chamber of Commerce (AACC), Temple University's Innovation and Entrepreneur Institute, POWER Women Leadership Association, Silver Life member for National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), active Alumna of Walden University, Drexel University, and Temple University. Additionally, Dr. Hamid financially invests as a Benefactor for the National Association for Mental Illness (NAMI), Supporter for the National Insitute of Mental Health Institute (NIMH), serves as a Partner in Hope for St. Jude Children's Hospital and is an active volunteer for Dress for Success Organization, Brookdale Hospice, and Grace Healthcare.

Specializing in strategic approaches of change management and project management based on the theories of Organizational Development Principles and implementation of Gestalt Management. Mr. Hamid was an Instructor at La Salle University, Academic Advisory Board Member at the University of the Arts and Trainer for the nationally recognized Neighborhood Reinvestment Training Institute. Ismail A. Hamid received certifications in Managing Projects and Project Risk Management from George Washington University and received recognition as an Expert on Urban Issues as archived in the U.S. Congressional Record.
Mr. Hamid takes pride in helping organizations understand their risk exposure by providing on-going risk management assessments.
Dr. Mack has 15+ years in higher education and specializes in business process development, staff motivation and empowerment, and student counseling. As a Master-Certified life coach, her specialty is assisting micro-business owners in personal growth while incorporating social dynamics to influence business trust that create positive social change. Dr. Mack received her Doctorate in Social Impact Management from Walden University, where she received the Frank Dilley Award for Doctoral Study of the Year. She received an MBA in non-profit management from Corban University and Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina.
Celina Brooks has three years' experience in business management. Celina is dually enrolled in High School and The Community College of Philadelphia. In 2025, Celina will graduate High School with a Diploma and associate degree. Celina's role as a Social Media Content and Marketing Coordinator will involve attending events, meetings, and workshops. Capturing photos for PRGGLLC social media platforms and uploading content weekly to all social media platforms.
