Dr. Idrisa Abdul-Hamid is the President and CEO of Phoenix Rise Global Group and has thirty years of experience in leadership development, strategic plans, master growth planning, human resource management, and employee engagement strategies. Dr. Hamid has vast knowledge and expertise serving in the following roles: Senior Director of Operations, People, and Culture for Temple University's Hope Center. Regional Operation Manager for ESS managing 27 school districts in North Jersey focused on human capital accountability solutions, and Senior Manager of Organizational Development, Onboarding, and Office of Substitutes for Houston Independent School District. Dr. Hamid's prior work experience includes four years of healthcare management for Aetna, Inc, and thirteen years in financial investments and insurance for MetLife, New York Life, and Citizens Bank. Additionally, Dr. Hamid brings eleven years of experience in teaching adult learning principles in leadership coaching, organizational development, management development, and employee engagement strategies in both secondary and tertiary education. Dr. Hamid's research interest and focuses are on effective leadership, strategic planning, cross-cultural leadership, human resource management, change management, and employee engagement strategies.

Dr. Hamid is best known for her community work and attentiveness in helping people in need. She is a patient companion for two hospice organizations and a policy member for two mental health organizations advocating for basic human needs in care, protection, policy and changing public perception.

Dr. Hamid received her Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership from Walden University, Master's of Science in Global and International Education from Drexel University, and Bachelor's in Business Administration in Marketing from Temple University. Notably, Dr. Hamid is a civic and business graduate of The Center for Houston's Future Think Tank, a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Honor's Inductee of the National Society of Leadership and Success. 
Dr. Hamid dedicates her time and efforts in professional associations and volunteer commissions for African American Chamber of Commerce (AACC), Universal Muslim Business Association (UMBA), Temple University's Innovation and Entrepreneur Institute Mentor, SBA SCORE Mentor, POWER Women Leadership Association Executive, Silver Life member for National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), active Alumna of Walden University, Drexel University, and Temple University. Additionally, Dr. Hamid financially invests as a Benefactor for the National Association for Mental Illness (NAMI), Supporter for the National Institute of Mental Health Institute (NIMH), Donor for the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), serves as a Partner in Hope for St. Jude Children's Hospital and is an active volunteer for Dress for Success Organization, Brookdale Hospice, and Grace Healthcare.

Mr. Hamid has thirty-five years of experience in creating high-performing teams through effective organizational development strategies. He also brings his substantial career experience to PRGG from years of Grants Funds Development and Business Contract Procurement on the local, states and Federal levels. Mr. Hamid specializes in strategic approaches of change management and project management based on the theories of Organizational Development Principles and implementation of Gestalt Management. Mr. Hamid was an Instructor at La Salle University, Academic Advisory Board Member at the University of the Arts and Trainer for the nationally recognized Neighborhood Reinvestment Training Institute. Ismail A. Hamid received certifications in Managing Projects and Project Risk Management from George Washington University and received recognition as an Expert on Urban Issues as archived in the U.S. Congressional Record. Mr. Hamid takes pride in helping organizations understand their risk exposure by providing on-going risk management assessments, and opening gateways to achieve a high performing team.

Dr. Mack has twenty years' experience in demonstrated exceptional acumen of analyzing and enhancing business processes to improve organizational efficiency and achieve strategic goals. Particularly, in streamlining recruitment and admissions workflows at institutions like the Uniformed Services University and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, where Dr. Mack developed and utilized data-driven insights to refine operations and increase effectiveness. With a Master’s and Doctoral degree in Business administration, Dr. Mack successfully developed and implemented policies that align institutional objectives with measurable outcomes, ensuring sustainable growth. Additionally, Dr. Mack has a unique ability in identifying operational gaps and designing actionable strategies to optimize talent and improve stakeholder satisfaction. Whether managing grant-funded projects, leading cross-functional teams, or developing enrollment systems, Dr. Mack excels at transforming complex challenges into opportunities for innovation and success. Dr. Mack's expertise lies in blending strategic vision with practical solutions, driving immediate results, and allocating resources where necessary.
