Mr. Ismail A. Hamid has thirty-five years of experience in creating high-performing teams through effective organizational development strategies. He also brings his substantial career experience to PRGG from years of Grants Funds Development and Business Contract Procurement on the local, states and Federal levels. Mr. Hamid specializes in strategic approaches of change management and project management based on the theories of Organizational Development Principles and implementation of Gestalt Management. Mr. Hamid was an Instructor at La Salle University, Academic Advisory Board Member at the University of the Arts and Trainer for the nationally recognized Neighborhood Reinvestment Training Institute. Ismail A. Hamid received certifications in Managing Projects and Project Risk Management from George Washington University and received recognition as an Expert on Urban Issues as archived in the U.S. Congressional Record. Mr. Hamid takes pride in helping organizations understand their risk exposure by providing on-going risk management assessments, and opening gateways to achieve a high performing team.

Zakiyah Caldwell has 14+ years of experience in visual brand storytelling; Zakiyah brings strategic and creative marketing practices. Zakiyah's career spans collaborations with industry leaders such as Comcast, Exelon PECO and luxury brands like Longchamp Paris, where she consistently delivered visual branding solutions while upholding brand integrity.

Zakiyah's ability to connect authentically with diverse clients has been instrumental in building strong, lasting relationships. This interpersonal strength, combined with a deep understanding of visual branding across various markets and media platforms, allows Zakiyah to craft compelling narratives that elevate brand presence graphically.

Dr. Carolyn Mack has twenty years' experience in demonstrated exceptional acumen of analyzing and enhancing business processes to improve organizational efficiency and achieve strategic goals. Particularly, in streamlining recruitment and admissions workflows at institutions like the Uniformed Services University and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, where Dr. Mack developed and utilized data-driven insights to refine operations and increase effectiveness. With a Master’s and Doctoral degree in Business administration, Dr. Mack successfully developed and implemented policies that align institutional objectives with measurable outcomes, ensuring sustainable growth. Additionally, Dr. Mack has a unique ability in identifying operational gaps and designing actionable strategies to optimize talent and improve stakeholder satisfaction. Whether managing grant-funded projects, leading cross-functional teams, or developing enrollment systems, Dr. Mack excels at transforming complex challenges into opportunities for innovation and success. Jamie Martin brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of engineering, executive leadership, and transformative coaching. As a former Product Executive in the tech industry and a certified Executive Coach, Jamie combines sharp strategic insight with a deeply intuitive coaching presence. She partners with leaders across sectors to clarify vision, expand leadership capacity, and transform self-doubt into sustainable confidence.

Her professional journey includes 17 years in corporate leadership, including roles at Google, DoubleClick, and DialogTech, where she led cross-functional teams and drove product strategy in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Over the past six years, Jamie has transitioned her focus to executive and leadership coaching, supporting professionals across industries such as technology, environmental services, advertising, accounting, and consulting.

Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. She was named one of the Top 15 Coaches in Chicago by Influence Digest and recognized as a Top Women’s Empowerment Coach by Coach Foundation. In 2024, she was nominated for Speaker of the Year by Women in Tech and has presented for leading organizations including Xerox and the Women in Tech Global Conference.

Erin Sanders is a creative instructional designer, educator, and curriculum strategist with over eight years of experience across education, technology, and mission-driven sectors. She holds a master’s in teaching and formal training in instructional design and eLearning development, which grounds her work in both pedagogical depth and real-world application.

Erin's background as an educator and curriculum designer informs her ability to translate complex ideas into clear, accessible learning journeys. She has led professional development initiatives, designed onboarding programs, and developed multimedia content that supports learners at every level.
